Tree preservation plans

Done-for-you tree preservation plans.

We produce the tree preservation plan your project needs — the existing-tree inventory, the keep-or-remove decisions, and the canopy accounting your reviewer follows — drawn to code and ready for your licensed professional to seal and submit. Your first analysis is free.

You keep the stamp — we produce, you review, seal & submit.

What is a tree preservation plan?

A tree preservation plan documents which trees stay, which come out, and the reasoning a jurisdiction wants to see. It pairs an inventory of the existing trees with save/remove decisions and the canopy or caliper accounting used to evaluate them.

The terminology varies by city — some call this preservation, some fold it into a protection or tree-conservation plan. We build it named and drawn the way your jurisdiction expects, so your reviewer can follow the decisions without back-and-forth.

If you need a defensible preservation plan produced fast — one a reviewer will accept the first time — send us one active site free, and see the quality before you commit.

Questions

Tree preservation plans, answered.

What is a tree preservation plan?

A tree preservation plan documents which trees are kept and which are removed, and why — an inventory of existing trees, the save/remove decisions, and the canopy or caliper accounting your jurisdiction uses to judge them.

How is it different from a tree protection plan?

They overlap and cities use the names differently. Preservation leans on the inventory and the keep/remove decisions; protection leans on how the kept trees are fenced and protected during construction. We build whichever your code calls for — often both in one set.

Do you seal and submit it?

No — we produce it. Your firm’s licensed professional reviews, seals, and submits. You get an expert-made plan and stay on your own stamp.

What does it cost?

The first analysis is free on one real site. After that it’s $1,500 per plan, with the early rate locked in while the calendar fills.
